Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.
At The Iconiqantiques, we are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product returned should be in its original packaging with the price tag, barcode, labels, usual manual, warranty card, etc intact. We will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee + the shipping charge for the return, will be deducted from your final refund. The returned products are subject to inspection by The Iconiqantiques in order to determine the legitimacy of the return. Your refund will be credited within 1-2 working days after the item is received and inspected. Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

Late Or Missing Refund
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Make An Offer Item
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Make Offer items cannot be refunded If it’s damage or wrong product send it may be refunded.
Custom Order
custom order is refund within 12 hour of product purchase after that no refund is provided.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Â
You must inspect your order on delivery because we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it’s in good condition. Our quality team checks your order to make sure it’s up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we’ve missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 24hours of delivery at Iconiquantiques Support
- If you delay contacting customer support within 48 hours of the delivery, Iconiquantiques shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
- The product returned should be in its original packaging with the price tag, barcode, labels, usual manual, warranty card, etc intact.
- Send us a few photos & videos of the damage or any other issues.Â
- Our team will assess your complaint and process an exchange. We’ll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
- Once the product is inspected & approved for replacement by Iconiqantiques the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 2 to 4 working days.
Gift Items
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellation Policy
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it. The order can be cancelled as long as the item’s not been dispatched. Additionally, Kindly be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online, so you can call customer service to seek a change or cancellation. We’ll do everything we can to make the requested change. If the item ships prior to confirmation of a cancellation or change request, you may return it following our standard refunds & exchanges policy.
An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
